1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the KRU Wellness website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.

2. Services

KRU Wellness provides personal wellness sessions including centering techniques, Gyrotonic training, and integrated personal wellness practices. All sessions are conducted by Doug Krueger and are tailored to individual client needs.

3. Session Packages & Payments

Session packages are available for purchase through our website via Stripe. All prices are listed in US dollars. By completing a purchase, you agree to the following:

• All sales are final. Session packages are non-refundable.
• Session packages do not expire.
• Session packages are non-transferable and may only be used by the purchasing client.

4. Cancellation & Rescheduling

Please review our Booking Policy for full details on cancellations and rescheduling. In summary, cancellations made less than 24 hours before a scheduled session are not eligible for a session credit.

5. Health & Safety

KRU Wellness sessions involve physical movement and exercise. By participating, you acknowledge that:

• You are participating voluntarily and at your own risk.
• You have consulted with a physician if you have any medical conditions that may be affected by physical activity.
• You will communicate any injuries, limitations, or discomfort to your trainer during sessions.

6. Limitation of Liability

KRU Wellness and Doug Krueger shall not be liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from participation in wellness sessions. Clients assume all risk associated with physical activity performed during sessions.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and design — is the property of KRU Wellness and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without written permission.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our website and services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
